The Bookkeeper is responsible for the invoicing of clients, processing client receipts, account management and debt collection, payment of expenses, processing of employee payroll, bank reconciliations, the generation of accurate and timely financial statements
Experience
1 Years Bookkeeping & Quickbooks experience
Bilingual in English & Chinese
Understand basic reading and writing in English
Works well under pressure in fast paced atmosphere
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Scheduling Software experience helpful
Strong analytical and research skills
Excessive attention to detail and accuracy
Job Responsibilities
Prepare invoices for all clients in accordance with the established billing cycle.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Prepare a monthly report on overdue accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis.
Prepare and process the payroll.
Classify, record and summarize the financial data to compile and keep financial records.
Prepare month financial statements and reports.
Maintain the petty cash fund and log
Follow accounting policies and procedures
Great communucation skills with clients and staff members
